Eleague Announces First Esports Reality Series The Challenger Street Fighter V Street Fighter V

Set to debut April 20 at 11 p.m. EST/PST on TBS, the five-part series will follow seven would-be champions as they compete for bragging rights in an atmosphere reminiscent of MTV’s Real World – and the stakes of Survivor. Contestants will not only brawl in SFV and settle a few internet-fueled beefs, but they will also compete in challenges around the Greater Atlanta area. By series’ end, one player will remain standing – and receive a berth in the upcoming fighting game invitational. 

The seven contestants featured in the series are:
